- SPX 2002 by various. Yet another benefit book for the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. (I buy these, but sometimes it takes me a while to getting around to reading them.)
- Tales of the Vampires by various. Writers for Buffy the Vampire Slayer (including Joss Whedon) write some comics.
- Bighead by Jeffrey Brown. A superhero parody, this isn't nearly as good as Brown's autobiographical work, Unlikely and Clumsy.
- Stranger Kisses by Warren Ellis & Mike Wolfer.
- Justice League: Another Nail by Alan Davis. This is a sequel to Davis's story about what might have happened if the Kents hadn't found Kal-El's crashed rocket ship.
- Green Lantern: Will World by J.M. DeMatteis & Seth Fisher. (Library.)
- Persepolis 2: The Story of a Return by Marjane Satrapi. An excellent autobiographical story, this tells of Satrapi's adolescence in Austria & how she returned to Iran. (Library.)
